Coverting Color to Black & White

For this assignment, you will chose one color image and convert it to black and white using Photoshop.

First, convert the color image just by switching the mode to "Grayscale." Next, convert the image using the Channel Mixer method. Display, the original color image, the grayscale converted image, and the channel mixer converted image on your blog.

Print out both the color image and the channel mixer converted black and white image to fit on an 8x10" paper.
